Training

I trained at Wirral Metropolitan College and graduated with a City and Guild 706 1,2 & 3 and also a B/Tec National Diploma in Hotel Catering. I have worked in London and on the South Coast at many top hotels and restaurants. I have also owned a restaurant which I enjoyed very much and hope to have another restaurant in the future.

Influences

I originally did my apprenticeship at a very successful Italian Restaurant and the Mediterranean influences have stay with me ever since. But I really do enjoy foods and ingredients from around the world and find it great fun to experiment with new flavors and ideas.

As a consultant for Slimming World I enjoy the challenge of making tasty and exciting dishes that I can enjoy on plan and the fabolous thing about Slimming World is there are plenty of foods you can work with.

I love to work with local ingredents and a big fan of the local famers market and seasonal ingredents. North Wales has so much to offer from amazing lamb to the humble welsh leek.
